Abstract
Objective To understand the infection status and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, for scientific treatment and control of infection. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the infection status of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital from June.2009 to June.2011.Analyzed the source, drug resistance and related risk factors. Results In 1 420 clinical specimens,163 were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, positive rate were 11.5%.The highest detection rate of department of respiration and surgical ICU were 27.6% and 21.5%.The high resistance rate of PAE were Sinomin in 62.6%,Cefoperazone in 45.4% and Cefatriaxone in 42.9%.Conclusion For effective control of drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,we should use of antibiotics scientifically, reduce empiric therapy and prevent hospital infection.
