Abstract
Litsea coreana were used as the main raw material to produce a tea drink through extracting it with water.Response surface methodology was used to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction. The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions included ultrasonic power 200W,extraction temperature 93℃ and extraction time 16min. The extraction rate of Litsea coreana under these conditions was 38.84%,which was close to the predicted value.
