Abstract
The processing of Litsea cubeba oil was studied.Three different samples were obtained by Heat Extraction,Cold Extraction and Steam Distillation.According to the sensory evaluation and acid value, the processing of the chosen sample was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the sample by Cold Extraction was the one with maximum sensory evaluation and minimum acid value. The optimum conditions obtained in this work were: liquid ratio 1∶8,extraction time 20min and particle size 0.45mm.Under this condition, the acid value is 0.393mg/g.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
