The Innovation of the Emergency Management Mechanism of the Public Security Organ

The innovation of social management is one of the three major tasks of the judicial and public security work.Emergency management is an important component part of the public security organ's governmental functions.Facing new situations,the public security organ should apply new administrative philosophy and mode to the innovation of emergency management.Specifically,first,a switch of the leading position from judicial and public security thought to ideological thought is necessary in view of philosophy;secondly,the social management system must be strengthened to improve the joint force of social management;thirdly,we should reallocate administrative resources and change the traditional police service pattern;last but not least,more attention should be focused on information construction to promote the modernization of police service.
