Abstract
The management system reform of police service concerns the improvement of department's operation performance of police service,concerns the overall situation of administrative management system reform of our country and social harmonious stability,concerns the masses of common people's vital interests.From the visual angle of the public management,the management system reform of police service should insist on the principles such as the public highest,flat and high-efficient,citizen's participation,open and clear,pluralism managing and overall balance,etc.
