Abstract

Ethanol as a gasoline additive has great effect on the performance of electric control fuel injection engine. Based on research and application of the ethanol gasoline, E10 ethanol gasoline and unleaded gasoline are used on the QD492 engine comparing performance. The experiment result analysis of the influence for EFI engine provides a scientific basis for the promotion of ethanol gasoline. The result of examination shows that without modification and adjustment on a gasoline engine, the power and torque output decreases. By small structural adjustment, such as using pressurization technology, increasing the compression ratio, it can not only compensate for the lack of power, but also improve fuel economy, reduce exhaust pollution.
