On the Reform of Constitutionalism in Late Qing Dynasty

In late Qing Dynasty, the constitutional party made reform on all as pects of society especially on the system of government, which mainly in 4 aspec ts: firstly, promoted constitutional policy, presented petition to make congress ; secondly, encouraged industry; thirdly, developed education, and at last advan ced autonomy and promoted civilized fashion. Though their constitutional policy didn’t succeed, it advanced the progress of society.
