On the Constitutional Reform at the end of the Qing Dynasty

The thesis discusses the reason, historical effect of the Constitutional Reform at the end of the Qing Dynasty from different points of view, and insists that the Constiutional Reform, as the Qing Dynasty help-itself action, which made positive contribution to carrying forward Chinese modernization, either its intention or its actual effect has the truth factors.
