Abstract

Objective:To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Dingtonggao Cream. Methods:The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Dingtonggao Cream were observed by adopting methods of mice ear swelling induced by dimethyl benzene,hot plate test of mice. Results:DingtonggaoCream could inhibit paw edema in mice induced by carrageenan,and the rate of inhibition was 43.24%;It also increased the pain threshold value more than 33 times and prolonged the period of pain reaction caused by tail pain tenderness in mice. Conclusion:Dingtonggao Cream is obvious in anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
