Abstract
The preparation and mechanical performance of belite-calcium barium sulphoaluminate cement clinker were investigated by the orthogonal test method taking clinker modulus and content of calcium barium sulphoaluminate(C2.75B1.25A3)as the influencing factors.Results show that the optimal iron modulus,silica modulus,lime saturation factor and content of C2.75B1.25A3 is 1.1,2.9,0.81 and 9% respectively,and the optimal sintering temperature is 1380℃.The compressive strength of the cement prepared under these conditions reaches to 20MPa and 80MPa at 3d and 28d curing ages.The mineral constituents and structures of the clinker were analyzed by the means of XRD,SEM-EDS.
