Abstract
Synthesis conditions and mechanical performance of belite-calcium barium sulphoaluminate cement clinker were investigated by the orthogonal test taking clinker modulus and content of calcium barium sulphoaluminate(C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_3S) as the influencing factors.Results show that the optimal iron modulus,silica modulus,lime saturation factor and content of C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_3S are 1.4,2.3,0.77 and 9%,respectively.The optimal sintering temperature is 1320?℃.The compressive strength of the cement prepared under these conditions reaches up to 11.4?MPa and 64.8?MPa at 3?d and 28?d curing ages,respectively.The mineral constituents and structures of the clinker were analyzed by means of XRD,SEM-EDS.
