Abstract
Synthesis conditions and mechanical performance of belite-calcium barium sulphoaluminate cement clinker were investigated by the orthogonal test method taking clinker modulus and content of calcium barium sulphoaluminate(C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_3(S)) as the influencing factors. Results show that the optimal silica modulus, alumina modulus, lime saturation factor and content of(C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_3(S)) are 2.9,1.1,0.81 and 9% respectively, and the optimal sintering temperature is(1 380) ℃.The compressive strength of the cement prepared under the conditions reaches to 23.8 MPa,80.9 MPa and 97.4 MPa at 3,28,90 d curing ages. The mineral constituents and structures of the clinker were analyzed by the means of XRD,SEM-EDS and light microscope.
