THE EFFECTS OF THE MONGOLIAN MEDICINE SHUDAGE-4 IN EXPERIMENTAL GASTRIC ULCER

Abstract

Objective:To observe the prophylaxis effect of Shudage-4in experimental gastric ulcer on mice.Methods:The mice gastric ulcer model was induced by WRS,the Ulcer index(UI)and the ulcer-inhibition ratio were determined.Results:The three dose group of Shudage-4compared with the model control group,and the three dose group had an inhibitory effect(P0.05),moderate dosage group had the best effect.Conclusion:Shudage-4could protect the gastric mucosa from injury induced by WRS on mice.
