Self-prescription with Western Medicine Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia Randomized Controlled Study

Abstract
[Objective]Observe the self Treatment of functional dyspepsia efficacy.[Methods]Randomized controlled random number table method,198 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 50 patients,motilium 15mg,3 times/day;Ranitidine 170mg,2 times / day;vitamin B 140mg,3 times / day;treatment group of 148 cases from the proposed side(Binlang 18g,Dangshen 22g,Muxiang 10g,Houpo 18g,Fuling 22g,Baizhu 22g,Zhi Gancao 14g,Zhishi 22g,Ganjiang 10g,Maiya 22g) decoction,2 times/day;western medicine with the control group.Four weeks of continuous treatment for a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms.Continuous treatment of a course of treatment to determine efficacy.[Results]Treatment were cured 69 cases,effective 40 cases,ineffective 39 cases,the total effective rate of 72.67%.Control group,22 cases were cured,effective 13 cases,ineffective in 15 cases,with a total efficiency of 70%.Treatment group is slightly better than the control group.[Conclusion]Self side better treatment of functional dyspepsia efficacy.
