Wushao Casual Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer Randomized Controlled Study

Abstract
[Objective]View Chawu Shao casual treatment of duodenal ulcer treatment.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,120 cases of outpatient treatment order numbers were randomly divided into two groups. Control group,60 cases of famotidine tablets,20mg / times,2 times / d,orally. Wu Shao treatment group 60 cases scattered(Wuzeigu 27g,Baishao 24g,Danshen,Baiji,Yuan Hu,Gancao 12g,Guipi 6g,Zhishi 9g,Danhuang,Ganjiang each 3g);powder blunt,5g / times 4 times / d. 60d is a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group were cured 39 cases,15 cases markedly effective in 5 cases,1case,the total effective rate 98.33%. The control group were cured 36 cases,effective in 159 cases,effective in7 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency 86.67%. Treatment group than the control group(P0.05)[.Conclusion]Wushao casual treatment of duodenal ulcer effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
