Syndrome Differentiation Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective]To observe the adverse effect of syndrome differentiation treatment of functional dyspepsia.[Method]Using randomized controlled methods,will be randomly divided into two groups of 114 cases of hospitalized patients.The treatment group of 57 cases of syndrome differentiation treatment.Stagnation of Liver-qi type using four inverse scattered small Chengqi Decoction;liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type using Chaihushugansan;spleen deficiency and dampness type use Jianpi Xiaopi Decoction;food stagnation type using the Baohe Pill;cold-heat complex type using Banxiaxiexin decoction.A control group of 57 cases of domperdidone 10mg,3 times /d;omeprazole 20mg,2 times /d.Observation of clinical symptoms.Continuous treatment for three months,the curative effect.[Results]The treatment group cured 37 cases,effective 18 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 96.49%.The control group was 29 cases,effective 14 cases,invalid 14 cases,the total efficiency of 75.44%.The clinical effect of the treatment group than in control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Syndrome differentiation treatment of functional dyspepsia is better than western medicine treatment,and curative effect,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
