[Objective]To observe the spleen liver soup efficacy of treatment of functional dyspepsia. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,130 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups balloting method is simple.More than 64 cases in the control group domperidone,10 mg / times,3 times / d,orally. Treatment group 66 cases of liver and spleen soup(Baizhu,Fuling10 g,Baikou 5g,Chenpi10 g,Fabanxia 15 g,Huanglian3 g,Chaihu 10 g,Chaobaishao15 g,Zhike,Shengshanzha,Zhineijin each 10 g,Gancao 3g; qi stagnation obvious plus Xiangfu,Bohe; Stomach Shangni plus Daizheshi,Dangshen; Yin go Chaihu,Banxia,Jia Wumei,Shanyao,Yuzhu; spleen was Codonopsis,Astragalus Dangshen,Huangqi; coke virtual Cold and add Ganjiang,to Huanglian; Spleen wet Sheng to Huanglian,plus Cangzhu,Shengjiang; hot as obvious plus Huangqi; bleeding obvious plus Yuan hu,Honghua),a/d,decoction 200 m L,sooner or later,oral; western medicine with the control group. 15 d is a continuous course of treatment. [Results] Clinical efficacy: treatment group recovered 27 cases,effective in 29 cases,effective 7 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 95.45%. Cured 12 cases in the control group,18 cases markedly effective in 19 cases,15 cases,the total efficiency of 76.57%. Treatment group than the control group(P0.05). Integral effect: the treatment group recovered 26 cases,30 cases markedly effective in 7 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 95.45%. Cured 13 cases in the control group,18 cases markedly effective in 17 cases,16 cases,the total efficiency of 75.00%. Treatment group than the control group(P 0.05). [Conclusion] Spleen Decoction for treatment of functional dyspepsia effect is significant,it is worth promoting.
