Abstract
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis of pulmonary mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods 200 cases adults with respiratory infection was tested by sputum, pharynx swab culture and fluorogenic quantitative PCR. The diagnosis results were compared in the same cases. Results The positive rate of the pharynx swab culture and fluorogenic quantitative PCR was 30.0%(60/200),29.0%(58/200)respectively. There was no significant difference between the two methods(P 0.05). However,the positive rate of the sputum was lowest in the three methods. There was a significant different in the comparison of the data(P 0.05). Conclusion It would get a satisfactory diagnosis effect to use mycoplasma pneumoniae rapid liquid culture in respiratory disease.It has the same effect with the PCR, but lower cost and the need of equipment requirement.
