Abstract
Objective To observe the protective effect of matrine and glucose injection combined with Danshen injection on chronic hepatic damage. Methods 80 rats were randomly divided into five groups. They were control group(rats received saline),model group(rats received 0.9% sodium chloride),matrine and glucose injection group(rat received 40ml/kg matrine and glucose injection),Danshen injection group(rat received 1.6 mL/kg Danshen injection)and matrine and glucose injection combined with Danshen injection group(rat received 20ml/kg matrine and glucose injection and 0.8ml/kg Danshen injection). The model rats with chronic hepatic damage were induced by hypodermic injection of 10% carbon tetrachloride.Survival rate and histopathology were recorded. To observe the effect of matrine and glucose injection, danshen injection and matrine and glucose injection combined with danshen injection,ALT,AST,ALP,TBiL,TP,A and A/G were measured. Results Survival rate in matrine and glucose injection group,Danshen injection group and matrine and glucose injection combined with Danshen injection group were higher than that in model group(P0.01).The levels of ALT,AST and TbiL in matrine and glucose injection group,Danshen injection group and matrine and glucose injection combined with Danshen injection group were higher than that in model group were decreased, and TP,A and A/G were increased in comparison with those in model group(P0.05).The effect in matrine and glucose injection combined with Danshen injection group is the best in the three groups. Conclusion The effect of matrine and glucose injection combined with danshen injection on improving the chronic hepatic damage is better than a separate application of matrine and glucose injection or danshen injection.
