Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of icariin in gushukang granula by HPLC.Methods:The chromatographic conditions were:ODS-C18 column as analytic column,methanol-water-triethylamine(60:40:0.2),pH 6.0 adjusted by acetic acid as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wave-length was set at 270 nm.Results:The linearity of icariin in the rang of 10.0 ~ 50.0 μg/mL was good. The average recovery was 99.8%,RSD=0.60%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is accurate and stabile, and it can be used for the quantity control of gushukang granula.
