Analysis on Performance of Community Health Service Center at Hongqiao Subdistrict in Shanghai

Objective Analyzing the performance and problems of community health service center in order to provide the basis for better work of community health service. Methods Investigating the rate of knowing how to prevent chronic disease, collection of health files, utilizing community health service and health idea at the community health service center by questionnaire. Results The rate of residents' knowing how to prevent chronic disease was lower; the rate of collection of health files was 75%; the rate of overall utilizing of community health service was not high. Conclusion The level of publicizing, serving and utilizing community health resources at community health service center should be raised further.
