Abstract
Objective To establish a quick and specific UPLC fingerprint method for quality control of Erigeron breviscapus. Methods The analysis was performed on a BEH C18 column(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.7 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase in gradient elution mode. The column temperature was set at 40℃.The flow rate was 0.35 ml·min-1 and the injection volume was 1μl with the detection wavelength of 290 nm.Results The fingerprint of Erigeron breviscapus was obtained within 16 min,and eight peaks in the fingerprint were designed.12 samples of Guizhou were analyzed, and the similarities were over 0.97.Conclusion The UPLC system enjoys the merits of a higher speed, sensitivity, and resolution, compared with the HPLC system. It can be used to control the quality of Erigeron breviscapus.
