Abstract
Erigeron Breviscapus is one of the Yunnan characteristic traditional Chinese herbal medicines. It has important medicinal value and has made an important contribution to the local economy. In this paper, the extraction of scutellarin from Erigeron Breviscapus was carried out by refluxing method. The factors of purification were optimized. The method of detection scutellarin was established by high performance liquid chromatography. The linear range was 0.10-500 mg/L and the detection limit was 7.0 μg/L.The concentration of scutellarin in whole-plant sample of erigeron breviscapus was 1.0% with the relative standard deviation of 3.0%(n=5).The method was easy to operate, fast and stable.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
