Abstract
OBJECTIVE HPLC fingerprinting of the extract of Erigeron breviscapus was established.METHODS A Diamonsil C_ 18 column was used with mobile phase of 0.1% phosphoric acid and methanol with gradient elute. The flow rate was 0.6ml·min -1 ,at detection wavelength of 335nm.RESULTS The RSDs of relative retention time were less than 1% and the RSDs of relative peak area which are inspected were less than 3% in the precision examination .CONCLUSION The methods is simple ,accurate with good reproducibility. It may be practical value for the quality control of sample for Erigeron breviscapus.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
