Abstract

In this experiment, used maize inbred line GS01 immature embryos as explants to induce callus, different media, sucrose concentration and 2,4-D concentrations were determined.Embryogenic callus produced after subculture, differentiation, rooting and transplanting to growth for the complete plant.Experiment show that maize inbred line GS01 in the N6 medium,2,4-D concentration of 1 mg/L,sucrose concentration of 30 g/L,the rate of embryogenic callus induction was high.
