Abstract
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of nasal inverted papilloma resection under nasal endoscope.Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with nasal inverted papilloma were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were treated with inverted papilloma resection under nasal endoscope,and were followed up for 2 to 7 years after surgery.Only two cases relapsed.Conclusion Resection of nasal inverted papilloma under nasal endoscope is a very good approach to the treatment of this tumor,especially for those at stage I,II and III.
