Abstract

Objective To discuss the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery for treatment of nasal inverted papilloma(NIP). Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of the 24 cases who received nasal endoscopic surgery for the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma.Results All 24 cases were completely removed the inverted papilloma,22 patients were cured and 2 patients recurred during a following-up of 12~60 months. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of nasal inverted papilloma has satisfactory effect,so it can be regarded as the first-selecting operation mode for the nasal inverted papilloma.
