Abstract
Objective: To study the value of resection of nasal sinus inverted papilloma under endoscope.Method: 26 patients with inverted papilloma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses in stage Ⅰ~Ⅳ were treated successfully by endoscopic telescopes.Result: All patients were followed up for 12 months to 3 years after surgery,no recurrences occurred in the following up period. Conclusion: Resection of nasal sinus inverted papilloma under endoscope gains minimally invasive effects, and also less destructive to important nasal structures in the nasal cavity.Endoscopic telescopes is an effective method in treating of the inverted papilloma.
