Abstract

Objective To explore the situation ofβ-lactamase gene,oprD2 gene of outer membrane protein, various drug resistance genes mediated by integron and transposon,16S rRNA methylase gene and aminoglycoside modifying enzyme gene,as well as chloramphenicol-and tetracycline-related resistance genes in 1 strain of multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods The antibiotics susceptibility was tested by K-B method;the drug resistance related genes were detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR);the positive genes were ampilified and sequenced by PCR fluorescence spectrophotometry. Results The genes of TEM type OXA-10,qacE△1-Sul1,aac(3)-Ⅱ,aac(6')-Ⅱ, rmtB and cmlA were found in the Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain, and OprD2 was negative. Conclusion The main reason for the Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain drug resistance is existence of multi-antiobiotic related drug resistance genes in the Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain.
