Effect Analysis of the Joint Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastric Ulcer

Objective To investigate the effect of the combination treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastric ulcer,provide the basis for the development of Helicobacter pylori-associated gastric ulcer in symptomatic treatment programs.Methods 100 patients in hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and the control group was given omeprazole,amoxicillin capsules and the adriamycin capsule;the observation group used bismuth Cabernet Franc Sidel granules except for the control group.Continuous medication after 15 days in patients with endoscopic assessment and rapid urease test HP detection.Results The total effective rate of the control group patients was 46%,78% of HP testing negative rate;84% of total effective rate of the patients,40% of HP testing negative rate.The observe group of patients with endoscopic effect,and the HP detection was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).All treated subjects were not experienced adverse events.Conclusion The combination therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of gastric ulcer patients and clinical efficacy,can significantly improve patients' quality of life,adverse reactions,should be widely applied.
