Abstract

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of glassfiber post for tooh restoration.Methods: 38 patients and 49 teeth were restorated by glassfiber post.And dental prosthetic restoration integrity,crown holder stable and firm,relationship of adjacent teeth and masticatory function were evaluated at 6 months,12 months,24 months and 36 months.Results: There was 1 failure at 24 months and the other 48 teeth were good and all porcelain crowns were good retention.Conclusion: The satisfactory clinical effects of the residual root were obstained by fiberglass post and all porcelain crowns.
