Discussion on Some Key Issues about the New Round of Regional Planning

In order to promote the model and concept reform of regional planning,and to improve the quality of the new round of regional planning,this paper discusses some key issues,such as application of some new concepts and methods,the choice of regional planning's spatial scale and their planning emphasis,divisional planning to guarantee the space and regional function orientation with negative planning,the diverse choices of spatial development model,as well as how to coordinate the relations among different plans.As some conclusions,it suggests that we should take use of some new concepts and methods,take the scientific concept of development as guidance idea and carry out flexible deadline of planning,define divisional planning and its function,take county as basic region,workout village and town planning and megalopolis planning,enrich the diversity of spatial development model.Besides,it suggests we should take comprehensive measures to perfect regional planning system,thus,the relation among different plans could be adjusted and the integrated utilities of the plans would be enhanced.
