Research on Spatial Planning System Reform in Our Country:in the Case of the County's Overall Planning

In view of the problem of spatial planning system overlapping and conflicting and uncoordinated in behind of MultiPlanning United,points out the fundamentally methods to solve the problem-the reform of the spatial planning system. First,sort out the relationship of spatial planning system in China,found that spatial planning system in China are lack of cohesion between the horizontal and vertical,absence of regional planning,planning content overlap lead to problems such as wasting of resources. On this basis,absorb international experience,put forward the direction of reform for the planning system in our country,increase regional planning: horizontal integration promote general rules more overlapping content as master planning,guiding rules more cohesion; On the longitudinal as regional planning,for the overall urban planning. Finally,The author takes the overall planning of county as an example,and the planning status,main content,planning and preparation of key achievements,discussed the status of its plan,the main content,focus on the preparation and planning results in order to provide references for further study and improve other scholars of our planning system.
