A Study of the Teaching Quality Supervision System within Universities

Teaching quality is the life for the survival and development of colleges and universities, so constructing the teaching quality monitoring system is the important content of teaching management and even the effective measure to improve teaching quality. In the teaching management in the colleges and universities we can construct effective teaching quality monitoring system through perfecting teaching check-up system, perfecting the system of leaders' observing teachers' lectures, setting up teaching supervision guide system, establishing students' offering information system, adopting teaching evaluation by the students and establishing employment tracking system in order to guarantee the comprehensive improvement of teaching quality. Combined with the actual situation of the Central South University of Forestry Technology, has explored for the construction of teaching quality monitoring system, and put forward the problems to be solved in the implementation.
