Abstract
Teaching quality is the core issue of the universities and colleges and improving it is the needs for their development.The teaching level and strength of the universities and colleges base on the teaching quality of its departments.In this paper,basic frame and effective implement of the teaching quality supervision system are discussed from the view of the departments of the universities.
