Research and reflection on the guarantee and monitoring system of teaching quality of newly-founded colleges and universities

The system of guaranteeing and monitoring teaching quality of colleges and universities is an important system for the university's teaching condition,teaching plan as well as teachers and students.Based on the examination of the current situation of this system and its problems,this paper puts forth some measures of building up and perfecting the system,holding that the construction and perfection of the system to guarantee and monitor teaching quality is an effective method to make full use of advantageous elements and to promote teaching qualities successively.
