Abstract
Objective:To investigate the safety and efficacy of flurbiprofen axetil's preemptive analgesia in children undergoing adenoidectomy.Method:Ninety children undergoing adenoidectomy were randomly divided into three groups,30 cases in each.Patients in group A received 5 mL physiological saline as control.Patients in group B received the flurbiprofen axetil after surgery.Patients in group C received same dosage before surgery.Pain scores,coagulation disfunction,nausea and vomiting were observed at 1,2,4,8,12,24 h after operation.Results:Pain scores in group A at all time points were significantly higher than those in group B and in group C(P0.05).Pain scores in group B at all time points were significantly higher than those in group C(P0.05).There were no difference in the incidence of coagulation disfunction,postoperative nausea and vomiting among three groups(P0.05).Conclusion:Flurbiprofen axetil could offer preemptive analgesia in children undergoing adenoidectomy effectively and safely.
