Abstract
Objective:To develop a method for determination of microcystin(MC) in water by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods:MCs in water were enriched and purified by solid phase extraction. The HPLC separation was carried out with C18 column by UV at 238 nm using methanol-25 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer(pH=3)(55+45) as mobile phase. Results:They showed good linearity in the range of 0.1~1.5 μg/ml,average recovery was 77.8%~89.4%,RSD5.Conclusion:The HPLC method is simple for determination of microcystin in water.
