Abstract
Through comparison among some key links in the pre-treatment processes,a practical and convenient on-line determination method of microcystin by solid phase extraction/high performance liquid chromatography/ultraviolet was established. There was a linear relationship between the peak area of high performance liquid chromatography and the injection concentration of microcystin in the range of 0 to 1.8 mg/L.The method detection limit was 0.01 to 0.05 μg/L.After the extraction conditions were optimized, the method was used to determine microcystin in Microcystis aeruginosa. The recovery of three isomers was over 94%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
