Abstract
Objective To evaluate the methodological characteristics of ECLIA and ELISA in detecting,FT3,FT4 and TSH.Methods Standard,QC and 46 cases of patients' specimen were analyzed with these two methods to evaluate the linearity, dependablity, precision and recovery rate. Results There was no significant difference in linearity and dependablity of FT3,FT4 and TSH between ECLIA and ELISA.Conclusions The precision and recovery rate of ECLIA are better than that of ELISA.And ECLIA is faster and more stable than ELISA.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
