Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with nifedipine in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods From our hospital with primary hypertension patients of 86 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 43 cases in each patient, control group of irbesartan treatment, the treatment group by irbesartan combined with nifedipine treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.3% in treatment group,76.7% in control group, two in the control group,P0.05,SBP,DBP was better than control group,P0.05.To contrast Adverse reactions,P0.05.Conclusion Primary hypertension were treated with irbesartan combined with nifedipine treatment, can improve blood pressure control effect.
