The Clinical Observation of Tongxinluo Capsule on Vertebra-basal Artery System Transient Ischemic Attack

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on vertebra-basal artery system transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods:60 patients with vertebra-basal artery system TIA patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(Tongxinluo Capsule) and control group(aspirin).The hemodynamics indices of vertebra-basal arteries were determined by TCD,and the hemorrheologic indices were recorded before and after treatment.Results:The hemodynamics indices of vertebra-basal arteries and hemorrheologic indices were abnormal before treatment,and to be normal after treatment.Conclusion:Tongxinluo Capsule could improve the clinical symptom,hemorrheologic indices and the state of vertebra-basal artery system.
