Curative Effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on the Heartstroke Resulted from Coronary Artery Disease

Objective To research the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on the heartstroke resulted from coronary artery disease.Methods 180 patients with heartstroke were divided into two groups.Tongxinluo Capsule for oral use,3 pills,ter in die,was given to 120 patients.Meanwhile,60 cases taking orally dinitrosorbide,10 mg,ter in die,served as control.The degrees of angina and changes of electrocardiogram were recorded and analyzed between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of Tongxinluo Capsule and dinitrosorbide relieving stenocardia symptom were 94.2% and 88.3% respectively,without statistical significant difference(P0.05).The excellent rates of stenocardia relief in the both groups were 75.8% and 55.0% respectively,which were significant difference in chi-squared test.The effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on the patients' electrocardiogram were better than dinitrosorbide(P0.01).Conclusions The curative effects of Tongxinluo Capsule on the patients' heartstroke surpass that of dinitrosorbide.
