Abstract
Objective To explore the relations between coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) and the levels of homocysteine and provide basis for the diagnosis and treatment of CHD.Methods 96 patients with CHD and 96 healthy controls were selected randomly in the study. The levels of Hcy were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The levels of Hcy in CHD group were higher than that in the control group(P 0.01).The levels between the groups of different degrees of CHD disease were significant different(P 0.01).Conclusion Hcy will be an indicator for the diagnosis of CHD and provide important basis for the assessment of the severity in patients with CHD.
