Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical Significance of Detecting Homocysteine( HCY) for Patients with Coronary Heart Disease( CHD) .Methods Take 84 cases of patients with CHD as experimental group,and to divide them into three subgroups. In addition,60 cases of healthy people were served as control group,which used for determining the content of serum HCY. Results The content of HCY in CHD group was significantly higher than that in control group( P 0. 05) ,and the difference of HCY content among subgroups of patients with CHD could be significant in terms of Statistics( P 0. 05) . Conclusion There exist correlation between HCY and CHD, which are greatly meaningful to the diagnosis and treatment of CHD.
