Abstract
Objective To evaluate serum cytokine IL-6,and IL-10 in acute cerebral infarction patients in the concentration as well as in diagnosis and treatment significance. Methods 40 acute cerebral infarction patients and 40 healthy controls on admission of a head CT or a head MRI were checked, while taking blood, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in serum cytokine IL-6(IL-Su-6),IL-10(IL-10) concentration. Results The results of acute cerebral infarction, the serum IL-6 concentration was significantly higher than healthy control group(P0.05);IL-10 concentration was lower than healthy control group(P0.05).Conclusion IL-6,and IL-10 cytokinesmight play in themechanism of acute cerebral infarction.
