Content determination of puerarin in Qingre-zhixie Oral Liquid by HPLC

Abstract

Objective:To establish a method to determine the content of puerarin in Qingre-zhixie Oral Liquid.Methods: HPLC instrument with C18 chromatographic column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water(25∶75)with 1.0 ml/min of flow rate.The wavelength for detection was 250 nm. Results: The linear range of puerarin was 15.68~196 μg/ml(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.7%. RSD was 0.84%.Conclusion: This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible,which can be used in the quality control of this preparation.
