Abstract
Because quantity of Begonia Rieger is limited and price of import seed is expensive,leaves,bud,flower petiol and petiole of vegetative organ of Begonia Rieger,who were used as tissue culture explants,form plant of Begonia Rieger.By the two pathway of inducing bud differentiation and wound,study on different plant growth regulator and concentration affect germination of explant and root.The result shows that the base culture medium is MS.The appropriate culture medium were (1) MS+6-BA1.00 mg/L+NAA0.10 mg/L for germination;(2) MS+ 6-BA0.50 mg/L+ NAA0.10 mg/L for rapid propagation;( 3) 1/2MS+NAA0.50 mg/L and 1/2MS+ IBA0.10 mg/L for rooting.The appropriate transplantationstroma is earth offlower and sand.The survival rate of transplanted was to 90%.
