Abstract

Taking moderate mature leaves of Rieger begonia as explants,induced buds,propagation,and rooting were studied.The results showed that better explants induced buds medium was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,the better multiplication medium was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,the better rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L.
