Treatment seconday glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation with vitrectomy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the surgical methods in eyes with secondary glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation.Methods:All patients with dislocated-lens underwent pars plana vitrectomy.Results:12 patients with secondary glaucoma after traumatic lens dislocation underwent vitrectomy,postoperatively,the LOP of patients was decreased and the visual acuity was improved.Conclusion:Traumatic lens dislocation can result in secondary glaucoma or endophthalmitis,so we should extract dislocated-lens as soon as possible.This technique with vitrectomy and perfluorocarbon liquids is ideal method,it can extract dislocated-lens and decrease introacular pressure.
